Swayable is hiring a Client & Research Success Director to help enterprise clients transform research into sharper messaging, creative strategies, and optimal marketing decisions.

You'll advise top brands and agencies, shaping pre-testing programs, guiding adoption, and partnering with sales to drive renewals and expansion. This role blends research, strategy, and client leadership in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in research, consumer insights, brand strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Ability to connect research to brand/marketing goals and decisions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning with Excel; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients and build trust with brand, marketing, and insights teams.
• Develop strategic pre-testing programs aligned with client business goals and marketing decisions.
• Guide clients through research design, test execution, and results interpretation; turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify new use cases and translate client needs into product feedback.
• Partner with sales on pitches to demonstrate how Swayable adds value for prospects.
• Drive adoption and ongoing usage by integrating Swayable into clients' decision processes.
• Collaborate with sales on renewals and expansion; identify growth opportunities.
