Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Change & Enablement Lead for its Enterprise Transformation team. This client-facing role blends strategy with hands-on delivery to drive adoption of new workflows, platforms, and AI-enabled processes across content operations and creative workflows.

The ideal candidate will lead change programs, conduct assessments, create enablement plans, and partner with stakeholders across creative, strategy, production, operations, and technology to realize measurable business

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in organizational change management, enablement, transformation consulting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives in digital marketing, creative operations, content supply chain, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead change efforts from strategy through execution with stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.
• Experience working with client stakeholders and cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse groups.
• Experience with enterprise platforms/workflow tools, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Workfront, AEM, Firefly).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled ways of working and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management and enablement workstreams across client transformation initiatives focused on content operations, marketing workflows, and enterprise technology implementations
• Partner with client stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term business value
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, and training needs analyses to support transformation outcomes
• Develop and deliver change and enablement plans including communications, training, and engagement activities
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across creative, strategy, production, operations, and technology teams
• Collaborate with program managers, product teams, strategists, and implementation partners to integrate change activities into project delivery
• Create scalable operating models to improve collaboration, efficiency, and content production at scale
• Drive adoption and value realization for enterprise platforms and digital workflows with a focus on AI-enabled tools
