Job summary

CapTech Consulting seeks a Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to guide enterprise change initiatives, focusing on the people side of change and AI-enabled initiatives. You will collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to drive adoption, design measurement strategies, and deliver evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, leadership alignment, learning strategy design, and role-focused change analytics.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise-scale change management experience.
Progression and growth within the OCM discipline.
Ability to produce high-quality deliverables including communications and training materials.
Knowledge of PROSCI and related change management methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Focus on the people side of change, including business processes and AI-enabled solutions, to ensure adoption and value realization.
Lead enterprise change efforts and act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
Develop AI-informed change management strategies with clear success metrics.
Design AI-enabled data collection approaches and measurement strategies.
Facilitate stakeholder interactions and translate AI insights into change narratives.
Analyze data using AI-assisted techniques to inform risk mitigation and leadership actions.
