Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Change & Enablement Lead for our Enterprise Transformation team in the Delivery organization. You will drive adoption, readiness, and value realization across content supply chain transformations, creative operations, workflows, and AI-enabled ways of working.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex transformations into actionable plans, develop enablement materials, and measure adoption success in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in organizational change management, enablement, transformation consulting, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology and process transformation initiatives in digital marketing, creative operations, content supply chain, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change efforts from strategy through execution, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting or enabling enterprise platforms and workflow tools, with familiarity across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Workfront, AEM, Firefly).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong business acumen connecting transformation initiatives to operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and enablement workstreams across client transformation initiatives focused on content operations and marketing workflows.
• Partner with client stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption and long-term value.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness analyses, and training needs analyses to support transformation outcomes.
• Develop and deliver enablement plans including communications, training, and engagement activities.
• Translate complex transformation projects into clear, actionable plans for teams.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across cross-functional teams (creative, production, operations, strategy, technology).
• Integrate change management activities into overall project delivery plans with program managers and partners.
• Define scalable operating models to improve collaboration, efficiency, and content production at scale.
• Drive adoption and value realization for Adobe and other enterprise platforms and digital workflows.
• Create enablement materials like communications, training content, playbooks, and user guides.
