Reflection is a research lab making intelligence open and accessible for everyone to use, customize, and build on. We partner with governments, sovereign-backed enterprises, and major conglomerates to shape region-scale AI infrastructure and open models.

The Sovereign Deal Lead requires executive presence to engage chairs and CEOs, craft strategic partnerships, and shepherd deals from vision through signed agreements and deployment. Travel to customers and partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and exceptional communication at c-suite levels.
• Ability to navigate federated organizations with multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale engagements end-to-end—from executive vision and business-case development to evaluation, negotiations, deployment, and expansion.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with boards, C-suite leaders, and technical teams, translating priorities into the company plan.
• Navigate complex enterprise structures to locate authority, budget, data, and operating leverage across parent and portfolio entities.
• Translate advanced open-weight LLMs and token factory software into strategic and financial outcomes for clients.
• Position Reflection as a long-term strategic AI partner across opportunities in enterprise, software engineering, R&D, and operations.
• Run disciplined account planning, qualification, value modeling, pricing, forecasting, executive sponsorship, and post-sale expansion.
