Reflection AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive enterprise AI deployments from discovery to production launch. You will translate advanced research into real-world agentic applications, working with sales, deployment strategists, and research teams across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions, strong software engineering skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern AI stacks.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production-grade systems.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Hands-on machine learning stacks including vector databases and RAG pipelines.
• 3+ years delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions.
• Customer-facing experience, ownership, and startup agility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Deployment Strategists and Sales to architect solutions for enterprise customers.
• Build agentic systems using state-of-the-art models and orchestrate LLM workflows.
• Collaborate with research teams to fine-tune models for customer needs.
• Support end-to-end deployments across hybrid environments for scalable production.
• Contribute to evolving playbooks and best practices in the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
