Beemac Trucking is seeking an experienced Lead Strategic Account & Customer Success Partner to manage, strengthen, and grow high-value, multimillion-dollar customer relationships across our transportation, logistics, and supply chain network.

This senior, customer-facing role translates performance data into business improvements, leads executive-level engagements, resolves complex challenges, and creates long-term value for customers and Beemac Trucking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic accounts or customer success for B2B.
• Experience with executive-facing reviews and performance summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers.
• Lead quarterly and monthly business reviews and strategic planning.
• Monitor KPIs, scorecards, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
