Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking a natural Sales Leader to grow a book of business in the transportation industry. The role involves coaching and developing a sales team, driving performance, and maintaining a positive environment.

You will lead training, run regular sales meetings, set targets, manage CRM data, and support day-to-day operations including load booking and dispatching. The ideal candidate has proven sales leadership in logistics, the ability to motivate a team, and experience with

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday through Friday.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team in transportation/logistics.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach a sales team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Experience with technology and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales training for all new sales employees.
• Conduct weekly & monthly sales meetings.
• Create sales targets and track pacing daily, weekly, monthly.
• Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members.
• Manage the CRM and run reports.
• Ensure targets like phone stats, revenue, margins are met.
• Assist with customer quotes and day-to-day operations (loads building, booking, dispatching).
• Assist with hiring process.
• Communicate, train, and manage remote employees.
• Drive team accountability and profitability.
