Job summary

Alkira, a Lumen company, seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own expansion across Regional Enterprise customers, connecting priorities to outcomes in networking, cloud, and security. You will plan account strategy, drive demand, and lead cross-functional pursuit teams to win large opportunities.

You will translate customer needs into value-based narratives, manage executive relationships, and coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Delivery, and partners

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years in complex B2B sales or equivalent
• Experience owning multi-stakeholder technology opportunities
• Experience shaping commercial outcomes for executive buyers

Responsibilities

• Own expansion opportunities from discovery through close
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to meet customer outcomes
• Develop quantified business cases and value narratives
• Coordinate resources across engineering, product, marketing and partners
