Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in recruiting, academic advising, academic counseling, student services, or related experience.
• Master's degree in higher education, student services, counseling, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment networking efforts and maintain relationships with on- and off-campus partners to execute events.
• Record and report recruitment event attendance and yield data to measure program effectiveness.
• Track and report statistical data to measure recruitment activities across territories.
• Assist with strategic planning for recruitment of first-time in college, transfer, or graduate prospects.
• Connect prospective students with university resources to ensure smooth transition.
• Implement and assess recruitment strategies to improve student engagement.
• Develop and refine recruitment resources, processes, and tools.
• Coach recruitment staff through processes to engage students in their territories.
• Review academic credentials to determine eligibility per admissions policies and state guidelines.
• Complete assigned trainings, timekeeping, and attendance requirements punctually.
