The Office of Admissions is looking for an individual with experience in admissions and enrollment strategic partnerships and initiatives and providing a high level student support to fill our Program Coordinator position.
The Program Coordinator supports the planning coordination, implementation, and daily operations of strategic enrollment partnership programs aligned with UT Dallas’ enrollment and student success goals. This position assists with the administration of funded programs and partnership initiatives by providing operational, program, and outreach support while serving as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, departments, and external partners. Assists with coordinating recruitment and outreach activities, events, communications, program documentation, data tracking, and stakeholder engagement efforts to strengthen early and long‑term enrollment pipelines for multiple key initiative programs.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.

Remote Work Notice
This position is not eligible for fully remote work.
Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24‑hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
