Job summary

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a Chief Enrollment Management Officer to lead our cross‑functional Enrollment Management operations in Philadelphia. You will oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, Bursar/Student Accounts, and Registrar, driving comprehensive enrollment strategies and analytics.

You will partner with academic and finance leadership to forecast enrollment, optimize pricing and aid strategies, and align programs with institutional goals, including multi‑campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, business administration, enrollment management, finance, student affairs, or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in higher education enrollment management.
• Experience overseeing Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts/Bursar, Registrar, or Enrollment Services.
• Experience developing and executing strategic enrollment initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, recruitment funnels, financial aid strategy, and enrollment analytics.
• Experience managing complex budgets, personnel, technology, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to guide executive decision‑making.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and change‑management skills.
• Commitment to student access, affordability, service excellence, and institutional sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts/Bursar, Registrar, and Enrollment Services.
• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies and targets.
• Lead enrollment forecasting, market analysis, and benchmarking initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance on tuition revenue forecasting and discounting strategies.
• Oversee CRM, SIS, and analytics to optimize enrollment operations and reporting.
• Direct leadership to ensure compliance, policy alignment, and student‑centered service.
