Job summary

Alliant University seeks a Chief Enrollment Officer to lead enterprise enrollment strategy across recruitment, admissions, and enrollment operations. You will align marketing and strategic initiatives with academic portfolio and financial goals while guiding multi-campus programs.

As a key member of the executive team, you’ll drive market expansion, Partnerships, and data-informed decision making to improve yield, access, and long-term sustainability of enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in higher education, enrollment management, business, or related field.
• Significant executive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, or marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute enrollment strategies using data and market insights.
• Experience forecasting enrollment, budgets, and ROI across multi-channel programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise enrollment strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
• Lead recruitment, admissions, enrollment operations, and marketing alignment across campuses and modalities.
• Partner with Finance to forecast enrollment and assess ROI of initiatives.
• Represent Alliant externally to build partnerships and expand markets.
