Mastery PA in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Student Enrollment (PA) - School Operations to lead enrollment outcomes for a portfolio of nine Philadelphia schools. You will translate strategy into practical school-level actions and collaborate with school operations leaders to strengthen recruitment, retention, and enrollment execution across the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in student enrollment, recruitment, or related fields.
• Experience with marketing or admissions in schools is a plus.
• Experience in canvassing and recruitment campaigns is a plus.
• Experience managing staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of public education and local Philadelphia landscape is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own enrollment outcomes for nine PA schools and manage recruitment interventions.
• Lead common PA school-facing operating practices and coordinate with the Systems & Data Coordination Director.
• Co-lead PA re-enrollment execution and professional development for APOs and school staff.
• Set operating expectations for enrollment compliance and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate PA school fairs and recruitment practices with the Director; ensure execution.
• Build relationships with school leaders, families, and community partners to strengthen recruitment and retention.
• Provide coaching and resources to APOs and Principals to meet enrollment targets.
• Use enrollment plans and reporting to identify challenges and drive targeted interventions.
• Partner with the Systems & Data Coordination Director on forms, reporting, and systems issues.
• Work with the Senior Director and Communications team on recruitment strategies aligned to enrollment goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
