Job summary

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks a Chief Enrollment Management Officer to lead Strategy & Analytics across Admissions, Financial Aid, Bursar, and Student Records at the Philadelphia Campus. Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration, business administration, enrollment management, finance, student affairs, or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in higher education enrollment management.
• Experience overseeing Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts/Bursar, Registrar, or Enrollment Services.
• Experience developing and executing strategic enrollment initiatives.
• Knowledge of enrollment forecasting, recruitment funnels, financial aid strategy, and analytics.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, technology, and operations.
• Ability to use data analytics to guide executive decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
• Commitment to student access, affordability, service excellence, and institutional sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive enrollment strategy and SEM plan aligned with institutional priorities and financial objectives.
• Set annual targets for applications, admissions, deposits, and matriculation.
• Oversee recruitment events, campus visits, and outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing on enrollment marketing and CRM initiatives.
• Provide executive oversight of Financial Aid and Bursar/Student Accounts.
• Establish cross-functional service standards and enrollment dashboards.
• Partner with academic leadership to evaluate enrollment capacity and program demand.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
