NYC Public Schools seeks a Deputy Director of Program Enrollment to oversee daily operations of the Enrollment Team, manage digital systems, and drive key divisional initiatives. The role requires mastery of enrollment policies, strong MS Excel skills, and collaboration across city agencies.

The position reports to the Senior Director for Program Enrollment and leads enrollment specialists and related staff. Strong analytic and leadership capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s + 4+ years in education administration acceptable.
• High school diploma with 6+ years relevant experience acceptable.
• Equivalent education/experience may be substituted per DOE rules.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Program Enrollment Team.
• Manage team schedules, timecards, and ensure system access.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training plans for staff.
• Coordinate with DIIT ATS and vendor partners on enrollment records.
• Lead inter- and intra-agency collaboration with ACS, HRA, OSE.
