Job summary

St. George’s Episcopal School seeks a compassionate, experienced Director of Enrollment Management.

This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Head of School and guiding admission, retention, re-enrollment and financial aid to achieve enrollment and net tuition revenue goals in support of the school’s mission. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, marketing or similar field.
• Seven or more years of admission/enrollment management experience, preferably in independent schools.
• Proven success developing enrollment strategy that advances recruitment and net tuition revenue goals.
• Strong data fluency with ability to analyze enrollment funnel and report to leadership.
• Experience administering or shaping financial aid with sound judgment and discretion.
• Backend experience with a CRM, EMS or SIS; Finalsite Enrollment and/or Clarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a data-informed enrollment plan to meet annual and long-range goals.
• Oversee recruitment, admission, retention and re-enrollment processes.
• Lead Admissions Committee and supervise enrollment staff.
• Coordinate financial aid process and alignment with enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to balance mission, access and sustainability.
• Report to Head of School and boards; participate in governance related to enrollment.
