The position partners with school leadership to implement communication plans, manage campaigns, and support fundraising, donor stewardship, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in communications, marketing or advancement.
• Experience developing multi-channel comms, marketing, and brand initiatives.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing digital channels, newsletters, websites, and campaigns.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-department collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in English and German, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement school communications, marketing, and advancement strategies.
• Write, edit, and publish internal and external communications and crisis communications.
• Lead use of communication platforms and system improvements (e.g., ParentSquare).
• Oversee branding initiatives, website updates, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate donor relations, fundraising activities, and donor communications.
• Collaborate with leadership to align comms with strategic priorities.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality and timely delivery.
