Job summary

Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree, MA, seeks a Director of Enrollment Management to drive comprehensive enrollment strategies across recruitment, admissions, retention and marketing. The role oversees an Enrollment Officer and Assistant, coordinating with the Marketing team to protect institutional integrity in publications and branding.

The position reports to the President, is 12-month, full-time, and collaborates with Trustees, leadership and families to ensure mission-aligned

Qualifications

• Commitment to the Mission of Archbishop Williams, set forth by the guiding principles of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth.
• BA/BS/MA/MBA preferred; 5+ years’ experience in admissions/enrollment, preferably in an independent school setting.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills: able to interpret data as a means to make informed decisions.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multi-task.
• Excellent computer skills, including database familiarity, creating and manipulating spreadsheets, and mail-merge functions.
• Ability to delegate and supervise tasks with parent and student volunteers.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set enrollment goals with leadership and implement strategies to meet them.
• Oversee Admissions Committee and manage admissions processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to assure consistent messaging.
• Maintain Ravenna and ensure timely, complete applicant information.
• Forecast enrollment and budget with CFO.
