Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Regional Engineering Director to provide senior engineering leadership across a complex, geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and technical consistency across regions.

Reporting to the Global Engineering Director, you will develop Regional Engineering Directors, strengthen accountability, and drive proactive site-level leadership to deliver measurable improvements, risk mitigation, and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering leadership experience in complex operational environments.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed engineering leaders and teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, reliability, and life-safety.
• Ability to translate observations into measurable improvement plans.
• Experience overseeing major projects, outages, and critical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Regional Engineering Directors with clear expectations and standards.
• Conduct performance reviews covering staffing, maintenance, risk, and compliance.
• Maintain strong field engagement with Chief Engineers and site teams.
• Oversee governance processes: inspections, audits, corrective actions, scorecards.
• Provide senior oversight for large projects, outages, and life-safety events.
