Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with specialized program management experience.
• At least 12 years of experience in engineering program management.
• Experience leading software engineering projects and enterprise IT initiatives.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, and PRINCE2 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges aligned with client needs.
• Define and prioritize product features, analyze business processes, and identify improvements.
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, OutSystems.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen capabilities and promote innovation.
