Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain in near term.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, portfolio management, program management, business relationship management, strategic planning, or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in the commercial nuclear power industry, including experience supporting nuclear engineering, plant operations, major projects, fleet initiatives, or enterprise-wide strategic programs.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills.
• Proven success leading organizational change, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
