ENERCON Services, Inc. in the United States seeks an Engineering Director, Client Division to lead portfolio planning and cross-functional delivery. Hybrid role with locations including Aiken, SC, and Charlotte, NC, with travel.

You will influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across a complex organization. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in nuclear power, 10+ years in leadership, PE license or path to one, and strong business acumen with a track record in governance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain in near term.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, portfolio management, program management, business relationship management, strategic planning, or related fields.
• 15+ years of experience in the commercial nuclear power industry, including experience supporting nuclear engineering, plant operations, major projects, fleet initiatives, or enterprise-wide strategic programs.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills.
• Proven success leading organizational change, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts.

• Strategic Partnership: Build trusted relationships with business and functional leaders; translate objectives into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and investments.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee initiatives, balance priorities, and coordinate with engineering and delivery orgs; manage reviews and risks.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead stakeholders across functions; establish governance for accountability and decision-making.
• Program Delivery & Business Outcomes: Ensure initiatives align with goals; report progress and risks to senior leadership; manage complex programs.
