Blend360 is seeking a Strategic Engagement Lead with strong Professional Services and Healthcare Industry expertise to manage strategic initiatives for a key client. The role requires guiding thought leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact analytic engagements in healthcare.

The candidate will work with senior client leadership, oversee fulfillment teams, and identify opportunities for growth while adapting to evolving project priorities and complex

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Professional Services leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Payer/Insurance industry experience, retail is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Data Science and Data Architecture concepts and technology.
• Working knowledge of BI solutions like Tableau.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-project management.
• Proven client relationship management, including sensitive issues.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose viable solutions.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-changing environments.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across cultures.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Sr. Leadership Team on management of multiple concurrent workstreams across account(s), and support broader strategic account initiatives
• Provide strategic thought leadership and solutioning expertise for key client initiatives
• Manage client fulfillment teams through end-to-end deliverable cycles
• Partner with Client Sr. Leadership Team to identify opportunities for cross-sell and growth within account(s)
• Interface, and partner, directly with client Sr. Leadership Team on their priorities and help Blend formulate impactful strategies to make our clients successful
