Job summary

Glassboard, a product development company based in Indianapolis, seeks an Engagement Lead to run complex programs for large clients. You will bridge client expectations with product teams, directing program work while leaders own technical decisions. This role also shapes delivery practices across Glassboard.

You will guide discovery to development, manage budgets, and mentor project managers to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes with a transparent, collaborative process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management with 3+ years leading technical product programs.
• Proven client-facing leadership and executive communication.
• Hands-on Agile experience and familiarity with enterprise processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client status meetings and executive updates.
• Translate client processes into deliverable workflows for teams.
• Coach project managers in risk management and decision making.
• Monitor portfolio health and guide discovery to development transitions.
• Shape delivery practices and improve planning, forecasting, and reporting.
