Job summary
Cerity Partners is seeking a Relationship Manager to support the Workplace Solutions team in Louisville, KY. You will drive prospecting, client engagement, and program evolution across B2B and B2C relationships, coordinating with Marketing, Compliance, and Advisor teams to design strategic tactics that drive growth.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of account management, sales, or marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, with business/related field preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or marketing.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 5%.
- Strong written materials and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage Workplace Solutions corporate financial programs and growth initiatives.
- Lead project initiatives with plans and milestones.
- Collaborate on growth strategies for B2B and B2C relationships.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Advisor Teams, Compliance to execute milestones.
- Prepare external collateral and presentations.
- Assist advisors with benefits education and scripts.
- Facilitate recurring meetings and provide program updates.
- Track metrics and identify trends to evolve program efficacy.
- Manage relationships with HR partners and present quarterly data.
