Job summary

Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to deliver a full range of HR services with a focus on learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

You will work with HR leadership to design and evaluate learning initiatives, develop leadership capabilities, manage compliance, and streamline HR processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience developing leadership development programs and competency models.
• Knowledge of HR practices including onboarding, performance management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design, develop and deliver leadership development and professional skills programs.
• Partner with HR leadership to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
• Provide strategic Talent Acquisition support to hiring managers.
