Commonwealth is seeking a Project Manager to lead client engagements from inception through delivery, coordinating with the Executive Sponsor and the internal project team.

You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, ensure financial controls, and steward invoices and client communication. A background in utilities or consulting and solid planning-tool experience are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong experience in utility and consultant industry.
• At least 5 years of experience using project planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees proposal preparation. Defines scope, schedule and budget for assigned project.
• Maintains understanding of project financials – MSA, changes in scope, billing process.
• Monitors performance of project against client requirements and communicates changes to client.
• Reviews and approves invoices related to the assigned client or project.
• Participate in marketing-related presentations to the assigned client.
• Build relationships with key client staff and understand the overall client organization.
• Understands entirety of project – Master Services Agreement, project fee arrangements, scope and budget.
• Initiates project kick-off meetings to communicate project plan and schedules intermittent meeting.
