Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. invites applications for a Project Manager to oversee technical and financial aspects of multiple electrical utility projects and to develop client relationships. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance, while coordinating with Engineering leads and internal teams.

Responsibilities include bid preparation, proposal responses, cost estimates, and monthly client invoicing. Strong communication, analytical ability, and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field required.
• PE or PMP certification strongly preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of related project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare bid documents, proposals, and cost estimates; support marketing with scope and budgets.
• Produce comprehensive project reports and manage monthly invoicing and AR.
