Job summary

Commonwealth Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to represent the firm with assigned clients from initiation through project execution, acting as liaison to the Executive Sponsor and guiding the internal project team.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and client requirements while driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong experience in utility and consultant industry.
• At least 5 years of experience using project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees proposal preparation; defines scope, schedule and budget for assigned project.
• Monitors project financials: MSA, changes in scope, billing process.
• Tracks performance against client requirements; communicates changes to client.
• Reviews and approves invoices related to the project.
• Participates in marketing-related presentations to the client.
• Builds relationships with key client staff and understands the client organization.
• Manages project lifecycle: Master Services Agreement, scope, budget and fees.
• Initiates project kick-off meetings and schedules intermittent project reviews.
