Commonwealth Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing engagements in the energy sector, from initial effort through project completion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.

This role offers opportunities to shape national energy infrastructure while collaborating with senior leadership and industry partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role in Substation or Transmission Line Projects.
• Strong experience in utility and consultant industry.
• At least 5 years of experience using project planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees proposal preparation; defines scope, schedule and budget for assigned project.
• Monitors project financials, MSAs, changes in scope and billing processes.
• Communicates client status and manages the internal project team.
• Reviews invoices and participates in marketing presentations to clients.
• Builds relationships with client staff and understands the client organization.
• Monitors Master Services Agreement, project fee arrangements, scope and budget throughout the project.
• Initiates project kick-off meetings and sets goals for each project.
• Determines staffing requirements with department managers.
• Implements Commonwealth's project management principles.
• Conducts lessons learned meetings.
