Job summary

Veregy in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop a sales strategy and build a robust pipeline for Veregy and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for achieving a minimum annual sales target and managing client relationships from initial contact through project handoff.

The role requires deep knowledge of facility systems, ESCO industry experience, and a proven track record of closing large opportunities, including K-12, higher ed, and municipal markets.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the duties of an account manager.
• Must have a track record of a minimum $10M/year sales.
• Knowledge of facility systems, large project sales processes, and funding alternatives.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, and estimates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to explain technical products.
• Proven negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the ESCO industry and Education/Municipal markets.

Responsibilities

• Builds and owns market strategies for obtaining and closing new business opportunities.
• Delivers a solid pipeline meeting revenue targets each fiscal year.
• Travels to meet with clients and prospects, representing Veregy at conferences.
• Prepares presentations, accurate estimates, and quality proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Manages client relationships from initial sales cycle to project handoff.
