The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in energy, market research, or proposal development, with strong writing, CRM, and office software skills; travel is required and a hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, marketing, communications, data analytics, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in energy, business development, market research, or proposal development.
• Understanding of energy markets, stakeholders, renewables, procurement, and regulation.
• Experience supporting business development activities and using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze market opportunities to support Energy Market growth.
• Assist account planning, capture strategies, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain opportunity pipelines using CRM and market intelligence tools.
• Prepare go/no-go docs and risk management presentations.
• Coordinate proposal development, including scope/fee and interview prep.
• Work with delivery teams to meet proposal timelines and client satisfaction.
• Track BD performance metrics and ROI against Energy Market goals.
• Support contract and subconsultant documentation using company templates.
