Google LLC seeks an Energy Initiatives Lead to navigate the U.S. energy landscape, build and steward strategic partnerships with ENGOs, advocates, and industry alliances, and manage large-scale budgets.

This role supports Google’s energy goals across a multi-location US footprint, including team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. As part of the Energy team, you’ll influence policy, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to cost-effective, sustainable energy solutions for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the U.S. energy landscape, energy regulatory environments, and energy advocacy ecosystems, including key industry stakeholders, critical policy issues, and emerging public sentiment across local, state, and regional jurisdictions.
• Design, build, and steward strategic partnerships with ENGOs, clean energy advocates, community organizations, and industry alliances to advance shared sustainability and energy goals.
• Manage large-scale budgets and operational work streams, establish sound financial governance, track impact metrics, and steward formal approval processes.
