Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.
• 6 years of experience in power origination and business development, energy partnerships, transaction structuring, US power markets, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of framework agreement structures to meet Google's objectives.
• Drive multi-state alignment with utility & IPP partners to secure long-term capacity.
• Own commercial development, deal execution, and approval processes for scalable energy structures.
• Apply systems thinking to balance Google’s load with grid constraints and regulatory frameworks.
• Integrate energy origination into Google's infrastructure GTM strategy and contracts.
