Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships for Maxwell’s energy storage portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, expand partnerships, and identify new business opportunities while aligning market needs with Maxwell’s technology roadmap.

Collaborating with engineering, product, operations, and marketing, you will develop customer strategies and own cross-functional execution to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in account management, business development, sales, or related roles.
• Proven track record managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned strategic accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing relationships and new opportunities.
• Lead account planning, business reviews, and growth strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, operations, quality, and support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support customer evaluations, product launches, and program execution activities.
