Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Director of Product Planning to develop and execute product strategy for the AI Data Center market within Maxwell’s energy storage solutions. You will translate industry trends into roadmaps, lead portfolio evolution, and engage hyperscaler customers and partners to align with future data center architectures.

The role requires deep knowledge of power systems, energy storage, and grid resiliency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems or related field.
10+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
Experience with hyperscale data center customers and cloud providers.
Strong understanding of data center electrical infrastructure, energy storage and backup power.
Experience developing product roadmaps and commercial strategies for tech-based products.
Proven ability to influence product development from customer and market requirements.
Experience engaging with executive-level customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Maxwell’s product strategy and roadmap for AI Data Center market.
Identify new market opportunities and drive portfolio evolution.
Build executive relationships with hyperscaler customers and partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and other teams to shape long-term direction.
Translate customer requirements into actionable opportunities.
Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
