Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to independently manage end-to-end payroll processing. You will handle weekly/biweekly cycles for 60,000 U.S.

employees, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and partner with teams to resolve issues and improve processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG Timekeeper, and ServiceNow, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end weekly and biweekly payroll processing for US multi-state employees.
• Process Regular and Mass Off-Cycle payrolls with accurate calculations and approvals.
• Manage payroll banking transactions and reversals.
• Prepare reports to analyze data accuracy and support audits.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with payroll and cross-functional teams to meet service commitments.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve payroll-related issues.
