• Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate communications or related strategy roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong strategic mindset and execution.
• Portfolio governance and cross-functional orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual and multi-year planning for U.S. Corporate Communications.
• Translate priorities into an integrated operating plan with milestones.
• Partner with leaders to turn insights into coordinated programs.
• Establish portfolio governance and prioritize work.
• Orchestrate efforts across marketing, HR, Compliance, and legal.
• Embed measurement and continuous improvement across functions.
