Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate reputation/communications and healthcare digital/social channels.
• Proven track record in executive thought leadership and across cross-channel initiatives.
• Experience guiding digital analytics, reputation measurement, and outcomes metrics.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and senior executive advisory ability.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the US corporate reputation strategy and enterprise narrative with a consistent voice.
• Lead external environment scanning and thought leadership platforms for executives.
• Develop signature platforms, POV content, and speaking opportunities for senior leaders.
• Build employer brand in partnership with HR and align with employee value proposition.
• Lead SEO/SEM and digital campaigns to drive awareness and executive visibility.
• Measure share of voice, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness with data-driven insights.
• Oversee GEO/AI discoverability to surface narrative across search and AI environments.
