Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars, building 0-to-1 initiatives and owning end-to-end program delivery. You will partner with business leaders to close capability gaps, design scalable learning experiences, and apply AI to accelerate outcomes.

The role requires navigating ambiguity with multiple stakeholders and delivering clear, data-driven updates that tie work back to strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable blended learning experiences (live facilitation, e-learning, job aids, video).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and trust-building without formal authority.
• Experience using AI to accelerate workflow with ability to review, validate and own results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex, in-flight work into updates and documentation.
• High integrity with sensitive information; responsible for outputs and data.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead high-impact initiatives within MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars, owning from problem definition through delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning programs; own end-to-end curriculum and content development.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across MC2 teams and XFN partners; facilitate alignment and communication.
• Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms for initiatives and deliver stakeholder-ready summaries.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to how initiatives are planned, executed and documented.
• Use AI to accelerate execution and test high-impact use cases embedded into team workflows.
