Job summary

Pinterest is hiring a Director, Marketing Technology & Innovation to lead a hybrid team of TPMs, AI Solutions Engineers and partners. You will own the AI roadmap for Marketing, Creative and Communications and guide platform, tooling, and MarTech stack decisions.

The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic leadership and vendor governance. You will steward the end-to-end Marketing Tech portfolio, including CRM, MAP, CDP and DAM ecosystems, and drive adoption of AI-enabled processes

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing experience and hands-on AI implementation experience are required.
• Minimum of 10 years of technical leadership at director level building and integrating enterprise MarTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap and intake process for Marketing, Creative and Communications; drive production-grade AI solutions.
• Lead the Platform & Tools team, managing marketing sites platform and tools ecosystem.
• Set operating model, culture, and prioritization across teams, including offshore partnerships.
