Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Program Enablement Analyst to support the Enablement function within the Securities Strategy & Execution team. You will plan and implement change for employees and clients, applying project management discipline to change plans, enablement content, and communications.

You will own Tier 0 and 1 change plans, produce Tier 0 content across channels, draft talking points, FAQs, user guides, and video demos, and coordinate the weekly RIA Connection cycle to ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in financial services and change management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project planning, status reporting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enablement plan for Tier 0 & 1 changes.
• Produce Tier 0 content across channels and draft Tier 1 talking points.
• Develop change artifacts: FAQs, guides, and video demos.
• Coordinate weekly RIA Connection cycle and publication calendar.
