Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC is seeking a Program Enablement Analyst in Centennial, CO to manage the enablement lifecycle for Tier 0/1 changes, produce content, and coordinate cross-functional communications. You’ll publish materials, support RIA-related campaigns, and maintain calendars to ensure timely delivery.

We offer a base salary in the $50,000–$70,000 range with annual discretionary cash bonus and RSU targets, plus benefits. Join a team focused on improving client experiences and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in financial services.
• Experience as a change agent and strong communicator.
• Experience drafting business communications.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Suite, and Adobe.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement plan for Tier 0 & 1 changes from intake through publication.
• Coordinate with initiative owners, product, service, and relationship teams to set scope and timing.
• Document rationale for tiered support and route plans for approval.
• Maintain project hygiene with clear ownership and blockers.
• Publish Tier 0 content across RIA Connect, Axos channels, and intranet.
• Draft Tier 1 talking points and develop FAQs, guides, and videos.
