Axos Clearing LLC is hiring a Program Enablement Analyst to support the Securities Strategy & Execution team. This role involves managing change initiatives and ensuring a better client experience through collaboration with various departments.

The analyst will be responsible for content creation and communication strategies to prepare stakeholders for changes. Ideal candidates will possess strong change management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

Formación

• 2+ years of related experience in financial service.
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience drafting business communications.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end enablement plan for changes.
• Produce Tier 0 content across various channels.
• Coordinate the weekly RIA Connection cycle.
• Build and publish recurring communications.
• Develop and review process maps documenting workflows.
