Qualifications

• 2+ years of change enablement or project coordination in financial services.
• Experience drafting business communications for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage publication calendars and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement plans for Tier 0 & 1 changes from intake to publication.
• Produce Tier 0 content across channels and draft Tier 1 talking points.
• Coordinate RIA Connection content and manage weekly publication cadence.
