Job summary

Axos Clearing, a subsidiary of Axos Financial, is seeking a Program Enablement Analyst to support the Enablement function within the Securities Strategy & Execution team. You will plan and implement change initiatives, develop enablement content, and coordinate communications to improve client experiences and strategic outcomes.

You will manage run-the-business content, recurring publications, and the RIA Connection cycle, ensuring alignment with brand standards and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial services experience as a change agent or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables against a fixed calendar.
• Experience drafting business communications for diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of project management, planning, status reporting, and tracking.
• Comfort collaborating with marketing, product, technology, service, and relationship managers.
• Experience with content or work management platforms (SharePoint, MS Suite, Adobe) preferred.
• Familiarity with broker-dealer, RIA, custody, or wealth management operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement plans for changes from intake to publication.
• Coordinate with initiative owners and cross-functional teams to define scope, audience, and timelines.
• Develop and publish Tier 0/1 content across multiple channels.
• Create change artifacts: FAQs, talking points, guides, and video demos.
• Publish content to SharePoint and maintain calendars and status visibility.
• Support recurring publications and communications in various platforms.
