Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in business development, strategic sales, or account management in EMS or similar manufacturing.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and multi-year manufacturing programs.
• Experience managing extended sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and forecasting tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new EMS opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to meet bookings and revenue targets.
• Expand revenue in existing accounts via cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, margins, and market expansion.
• Coordinate RFC/quotations with cross-functional teams for profitable offers.
• Support onboarding, NPI launches, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
