Job summary

Morrison Foerster’s Employment + Labor Group seeks an attorney with 4–6 years of experience whose practice centers on litigation. You will advise clients on day-to-day compliance, litigate trade secret and employee mobility matters, and defend against wage-hour, discrimination, and pay equity claims in state and federal court.

You will also conduct workplace investigations and negotiate executive agreements.

Qualifications

• Litigation-focused employment law practice with experience handling high-stakes disputes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level advice to clients on day-to-day employment law compliance issues.
• Litigate trade secret/employee mobility, whistleblower, and pay disputes in state and federal court.
• Defend companies in wage/hour, discrimination, and pay equity class actions.
• Conduct workplace investigations involving C-suite and executives.
• Perform due diligence of employment issues in mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.
• Negotiate executive employment and separation agreements.
