Job summary

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of employment litigation experience, strong writing skills, and bar admission in good standing. Trial experience is preferred, and eligibility for waivers is considered.

Qualifications

• Top academic credentials with 4–6 years of employment litigation experience.
• Ability to provide day-to-day advice on employment law compliance and counsel.
• Experience defending in state and federal court including wage/hour, discrimination, and pay equity matters.
• Ability to conduct workplace investigations and due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level advice and counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues.
• Litigate trade secret/employee mobility, whistleblower (SOX, Dodd-Frank), and other high-stakes disputes.
• Defend companies in complex employment actions in state and federal court.
• Conduct workplace investigations involving the C-suite and beyond.
